And done. Lovely black lines. Slightly tricky job as this window had been fixed many times, taken apart and rebuilt as well. Some of the pieces were hard to figure out. But you just learn with your challenges :-). Quite pleased.
MISTLETOES! Finally time to show them this year! £8.50 and free postage within UK if you buy 3 or more. Also available in some shops (The spotted Toadstool, @17reasonsartsandcrafts , @clydevalleyfamilypark , The Tolbooth, Gustaf’s Gallery) I found some information about this tradition: The hanging of the mistletoe in the home is a Druid ceremony; The green colour symbolises regrowth. ‘The white beads represent the seed of the god, under which couples kiss and ask for their union to be blessed by him. Mistletoe would be hung above the main the door where it would bless all who entered through the year, until Yule when it would be cast into the fire and replaced with a new spring.
